Each of our clients sells products that help beautify the environment. We’ve combined everyone’s order volumes to save money on shipping and warehousing…for everyone. Our Eco team manages it all.
Order fulfillment centers don’t typically have a higher purpose than picking orders and sending them out the door in the most efficient way possible. We do. In fact, the entire Eco team subscribes to the hypothesis of biophilia: that there is an instinctive bond between human beings and other living things.
In the photo below, every one of the boxes is filled with a product that beautifies the environment. Specifically, they are flower pots and green walls.
On the technical side, order fulfillment is best defined as the steps required to receive, process and deliver customer orders. Chances are, if you’re a company with a product to sell, you either have or will need an order fulfillment process.
In some cases, it makes total sense to build your own internal process. Companies with very specialized and complex products often keep their fulfillment service “in house.” However, in other cases, a company will contract a third party logistics provider (3PL), like Eco Fulfillment, for their fulfillment services. This allows the company to focus on the things it does best; e.g., create and market new products.
As a 3PL that’s focused on products that beautify the world we live in, the Eco Fulfillment team is eager to meet the next like-minded company with order fulfillment challenges!
